Hi peeps
The Tag swap theme this month is "Flowers".
For this tag I first cut it to 3" x 6" from plain white cardstock. Next, I dabbed some Distress Re-Inkers onto my craft sheet - using Tattered Rose and Worn Lipstick. I filled up a mini mister with water and added pink Perfect Pearls to it, then spritzed the inks to make them more swirly.
I then dabbed both sides of the tag into the inkyness and then dried with a heat gun. I used Goss Boss to clear stamp a flower image and the embossed with clear embossing powder. I then used Cut & Dry foam to apply Fired Brick and Walnut Stain Distress Inks to the rest of the tag.
I heated up my iron and covered the tag with paper towel. Once the iron was hot, I struck :O)) I ironed the embossed image, this melts the embossing powder and you get a lovely "Batik" effect. I finished off the tag by adding a little sentiment (Tim Holtz collection), a couple of wing images and a few dragonfly brads.
Thanks for looking!

Great effect, love the colours too :o)
Guess what I ordered today...Krylon pens :-)
Everything you described seems so complicated and most of them went over my head, but someday I will get there. Beautiful outcome.
I agree with Linda's comments:-)
