Tilda Does Bunches!

Hi Peeps,

Over on the Artistic Stamper Blog, Jennie has a very special new challenge that has just been set. Click HERE to have a look 'cos there is a very special piece of heavenly Blog Candy to win if you join in with the challenge.

I have made a card using a lovely Tilda stamp that was very kindly supplied by Donna from Crafty Krafts . So thank you Donna - I just love this stamp and had lots of fun playing too!

I made the card using some fabby papers by K & Co from their Urban Rhapsody range, along with some lush flowers by Petaloo and of course the Tilda..and the reason why I have called this post Tilda does Bunches is 'cos she has bunches in her hair and she has a bunch of flowers too :O))

Tilda was coloured in using those divine Prismacolor pencils - I so love colouring in - so relaxing and not so strenuous for me and my poor old back!! LOL

Please pop over to The Artistic Stamper Blog and join in with the challenge - the rules are really simple;
"For the challenge you can make anything you like as long as it has a Magnolia, Tilda,or Stitchels stamp in it."

Now, you probably remember a few weeks ago, I made a post here about a range of stamps that I have designed which are called Stitchels.....basically 'cos they all feature some kind of stitching on them and they were designed by me......hence Stitchels!!

Anyway, the whole range of Stitchels are now released and available to buy from The Artistic Stamper. Click HERE to pop over to have a little look and at the moment, there is a 15% discount offer on all orders over £25 so you could bag yourself a bargain :O))

I have made another card using the same Tilda stamp and included a few of the new Stichels stamps too. I used the K & Co Blue Awning papers and stamped several of the Stitchels onto the paper and then cut them out.

I layered them up to get an effect of depth. I coloured Tilda with Prismacolor Pencils and added Glossy Accents and a few buttons as embellishments.

Thanks for looking and I would love to see you all joining in with this challenge. :O))

Groans!!! Christmas In July :O))

Hi Peeps,

Over on The Artistic Stamper blog, the challenge for this month, set by Jennie, is Christmas. I know, I know it is soooo early to be thinking about Christmas already and if you are like me you will leave it all to the last minute and end up stressing...I will never learn!!

My Entry

For the challenge, I made a canvas which is 8 x 8 in size. I used Stampbord pieces & chalk inks, which I then Ultra Thicked with Clear powder......all of the stamps and the UTEE are from The Stamp Connection.

I would love you all to pop over to Jennie's blog. As usual, she is offering some candy and this month the prize is actually another canvas, which is 4 x 4 in size, which was made by yours truly.

What You Can Win

So, whatcha waiting for? LOL Go on, you know you want to rummage thru all your stash and find all your Christmassy bits, think of the glitter and the lovely mess you can make when you are creating your little masterpiece....don't forget to add your name to Jennie's blog so you will be in with a chance of winning too!

Thanks for looking.
