A Box of Wishes....

...Over on the Artistic Stamper Creative Team blog I have just popped all the deets *and more pics* of how I made this altered shadow box... CLICK HERE to be magically transported there... *this time there is a lovely old raggedy lion (a toothless variety) to take you on your voyage... and there are little twinkling stars and candy floss too*

I made it for Lori - we did an art exchange and now she has received it, I thought I would show what I made for her :O)) I love doing arty swaps... it challenges me to try and make something special that has loads of techniques and stuff included...*not to mention, I get some DIVINE art in return!!!* and... on this occasion, I had help when I was making it... my AlfieCat (he who is incredibly clever) decided to help me pick out the embellies... running off with one of the moulds that I use for UTEE... thankfully I managed to get it off him before he chewed it too much LOL So, Alf had, erm, helped... and Rocky, Lori's doggy, had a good old sniff at it when she received it... so now our pets are communicating too... well, that is what I would like to think... although, I would have to draw the line at Alfie starting to use email - I mean, he would take over and lappy and then I wouldn't be able to come here and waffle on for yonks about nothing inparticular ROFL Anyways... enough of my wafflings... tis that time again... yes indeedily... Grim is on nights... Alfie is being a nawty boy and hurling himself around the house - he hates Grim being on nights more than I do - thing is... it is windy outside... so it is a bit noisy... and Alf is belting about knocking things over and I am jumping at every little thing that is going bump in the night!!! Another sleepless night ahead methinks LOL Right, time for bed... thanks for looking... have a goodly day... I am hoping to be back later with my CCC entry... cannot wait to have a play - I have been a good girl and done absolutely nothing (booooring) except for sit/lay/stand to get comfy while catching up on TV stuff I have recorded and not got around to watching... today (cos it is Tuesday now and not Monday like I still think it is cos I haven't been to bed yet... erm... is it just me that feels that? If I stay awake after midnight, it still feels like the day before??? Confused? Not as much as me LMAO) where was I? Ah, yes, today... I plan to gently do some stamping and inking... hoping that the old war wound will have calmed down after another night of rest... watch this space huh? Right... deffo off this time... I just love waffling on and it is a gauge of how lonely *sob* I am when Grim is not here cos I seem to waffle even more! Thanks for looking... I said that already!!! TTFN
