WOYWW... I Tidied Up.. But...

... I made it all messy again ROFL Actually, I really did tidy up... well, I moved the papers to the desk, added an iron (not for clothes) and put away the stamps and got a few more out... So, what am I on about??? If you haven't heard of the phenomenon that is WOYWW... click HERE to go to see Julia and her several thousand followers who show their workspaces/desks/floors each week.

On my desk this week is a WIP - hoping to get it finished today - yes, using my favest paint in the world... Claudine Hellmuth's Traditional Tan... and some other stashy bits, I am altering a frame... I have noticed that in the past few weeks my Room of Stash is becoming more and more like a teenagers bedroom... except I haven't got all the crockery in the house doing penicillin experiments under the bed... well, I can't do that 'cos I haven't got a bed in here you know LOL

As well as the worky desk and the erm... dumping desk I have a sneaky peek at part of the first workshop with yours truly which is next Weds Sept 1st - there are some places left, so if you fancy getting inky and messy come and have a playdate with... erm... me! :O)) To see all the deets on how to book etc you can click here and pop over to see Wendy... she will sort it out for you :O))

So, whatcha got planned for today? I am hoping to get around to lots of desks... last week I was having really bad probs getting my internet to load my comments... so some timed out and I am not sure if you actually had the comment or not or actually had three the same LOL I gotta tell you this... a certain friend emailed me yesterday and made me literally spit my Diet Coke *other soft low cal drinks are available LOL* at the lappy screen... cos she told me that she was going... this is hilarious, I have never heard this saying before, I will sure be using it all the time from now on... "bat sH*t crazy" How funny is that!!! Anyways... thanks for looking... have a goodly day... TTFN :O))

It's me (back again, but no stalking you honestly) ... vids are super easy to do. I either use the web cam and ustream (no other sofware involved) and you can automatically then upload to youtube or I use my digi camera on video mode and once uploaded Windows Movie Maker, then upload to Youtube - that way I can get front screens etc.

Want a play date for me to show you how to do it? In the meantime maybe I will do a vid.

If I can do it anyone can ... as I am a technical retard.

Hugs

Sounds like a fun day - wish I were going to be about :( - although it is all looking just a little but too tidy for me.

Those birdies are adorable too. Surely there MUST be a UK supplier for this sort of thing? Something like this might work http://tiny.cc/vzqhp although you would have to make some legs :)

Thanks for a great WOYWW desk - you led me all over the place LOL!

I have no idea why it is, but every time I come to your blog, I get the biggest grin on my face. And yes, the bat blank is funny.

What's the iron for? Are you planning to iron my rusted fabric? If so, I'll gladly share some.

Oh, so easily amused. You lovely Brits have so many WONDERFULLY colorful phrases! I just love reading your blogs and trying to understand them, if I had a ?, I'd ask the little English gal at my hairdressers....but Bat S*@t Crazy, I knew and understood. It's been around here for decades.
Still works for me.
Been there many, many times!

Hi I'm Becca, and I just dropped by and had a nice visit seeing all of your creations! Wow, your desk looks like mine when I start a project. My work space isn't that large, and it gets so cluttered very quickly!
Enjoy your day!

I hang my head in shame - when I went on holiday I forgot to move my tea cup from craft desk to dishwasher - I had a penicliin brek out when I got back...

glad I'm not the only teenager type crafter round here....I can't be both creative AND grown up at the same time...

hope the iron was for wax not clothes or I shall lose faith in your sluttishness Ms S

I've been described as bat sh*t crazy; it's not as nice when people say it about you rather than you saing it about yourself!

But your desk(s) all look amazing. And you've reminded me why I don't dust or tidy: you just have to do it again!

Thanks for sharing.
