Taking Notes... Funky Style...

...tis Friday already! Can you believe that we are nearly a week into August already??? Where is this year going??? I reckon someone has their finger on the fast forward button LOL Anyways, cos it is Friday, it means it is my day for the Bubbly Funk DT... I used some divine Tando Creative chipboard to make myself a little notebook.

A little known fact about yours truly is that I have this habit of having to make lists and notes all the time... I mean, I have to make a "to do" list for each day - otherwise I will get nothing done... I have done this for years but have noticed that as I am getting older, I have to make more and more lists... tis a memory thing I think :O)) Anyways.. to see what I made and how I made it in more detail, please click here... and by the power of time travel you will be transported to the Bubbly Scrumptious blog... oh and while you are there, why not check out all the divine pieces of art by the rest of the DT... oh how I wish I could make a scrapbook layout like some of those girlies do :O)) This is a short n sweet post... I will be back later with ... some news!! Ta for looking... TTFN

Snap I have always made to-do lists or action lists and I too have to make more lists now so that I don't forget things LOL. Love this piece, the subtle stamping in the background and the butterflies are so yummy. Tracy x

I don't make many lists but I know I should start. It would save me hours wandering round the supermarket looking for something to jog my memory and remind me what ESSENTIAL ITEM I really needed.

In view of that your little book would be a lovely way to start, Lol! Love it Hels ......and it's ORANGE!!!

good morning Hels,

don't tell me you made this already this morning.... you say time goes fast, but you are fast too LOL

Nice notebook : I like the warm orange colors and the butterflies that are put in dimension on it.

About lists : I completely recognize that !

I did this in the past and I still do it, but in the past I made too long lists and felt hurried when i didn't accomplish everything.
Getting older ( 43...not so old...) I make a daily list with a goal I can reach. If something is not finished, it just goes on the list of tomorrow...

What I love most about the lists is to see all the tasks that already are done :)

The lists DO help to not forget what I was intented to do..

greetings from belgium
Inge

I always keep a small notebook by my "easy" chair to jot down to-dos and ideas that might be future art projects. I will be making my next book! I can theoretically keep opening the binding with my zutter and adding more pages as needed. And my book will also be a work of art!!! I love the fall look of your notebook.

Whew, what a gorgeous creation! Adore your colors and images!

And I'm with you ... how the hell do people get through the day without a list of what to do?

Without a list I'd never leave my couch.
