... today is Monday... which means another weekly challenge from Linda - it's all about the techniques in Tim's book... click HERE to read all the deets... and today tis the Shabby Chic page's turn... I love this technique but never have mastered it 100% I always seem to overcook the embossing powders...and this one was no exception, hence it is covered by the heart LOL
The tag is coloured with Black Soot DI - then I added a piece of Grungeboard, did the Shabby Chic technique (hey, that rhymes!) and used an On The Edge die to make it fancy at the bottom, adding my own holes using a Crop-A-Dile and then using Jump Rings to attach some little Maya Road gem-drops.
The heart is another of the Tim Alterations dies... painted with Claudine's Dash of Red...oh and the colour over the top of the base colour??? Need you ask??? Traditional Tan LOL The ickle birdy is one of my Gisela Graham finds that I was waffling about last week... I loooove him sooo much... just as well he came with 7 other brothers, so I have plenty to play with! I am absolutely exhausted you know... Jennie came to visit today and oh boy, did we talk! I need to go and have a little lay down now... I think a Nanna Nap is called for LMAO... Thanks for looking... have a fabby evening... or day if you are across the Pond... TTFN
