....I have... totally and utterly and completely unwittingly... put my flipping back out... again :O(( Goodness knows why today it seems to be worse than ever but just sitting typing is hurting so I will make this one a short post *whatcha mean hurrah!! ROFL* Actually, it is probably all the ROFL yesterday that has made it so bad today... I finally got a diagnosis too... apparently the Facet Joints are compressed and pinching nerves, inflaming muscles and giving me the spasms... so I now am waiting for injections into them... mmm, can't wait for that... not!!
Anyways... today is Helen's very special day, she is 21 *again* and I made a card for her using inkyness and Tim stuff and whatnot's... and then posted it with the very vain hope that she will receive it before I blog! If you haven't received it Helen and are reading this...*ZAP* .. there, totally erased from your memory so it will be a surprise when it gets to you LOL
Right, I am off to moan and whinge and basically be a pain in the bum for the rest of the afternoon... and then once Grim has gone to work, I will stop moaning and make the Sunday Stamper for tomorrow LOL ... til then... TTFN!

Ok, I won't look then, cos it didn't arrive this morning. However tis lovely, bless you. Hope your back isn't as a result of making this, cos then I'd feel truly bad! Am having a lazy day with sport all round.... must do some "art" work too - no other sort of work to be done today.

Oooh, poor you Hels. I'm so glad intensive physio worked (at least made it bearable) on my back. Don't think I'd fancy the injections.

Poor Lady Hels, I am sorry, been there worn the T.shirt. I think in future you should leave Alfie to do the man dragging! How is Alfie today? I went to a healer and also acupuncturist in the end to help me. They tried every thing and nothing helped until then. I had acupuncture on the NHS for two years! I know you don't like needles but helped so much. Get well soon. x
so sorry you are in pain again. i know how debilitating it is. i am a live-in caretaker for my mother who has what the doctors call extreme arthritis, including the same facet problems you described. she is incapacitated a lot, but at 87 yr old she still gets around pretty well on the days she feels a little better.
the card is so warm and inviting. can't wait to see what you do for the sunday stamper.

OH NOOOOO!!!! I'm so sorry about your back! I also have thrown my back out twice in the last 5 weeks - thankfully I'm back to normal (for now). Hope you heal quickly... there's nothing worse than back pain - I HATE IT!
