Sunday Stamper - Week 74 - Circle In The Sand

Morning Stampers!

Thanks to everyone who joined in last week...wow, some colourful pieces of art were made and it was lovely to see them all.

This week the theme is Circles. All you need to do to join in is made a piece of art that incorporates the theme and use some stamping too...then leave me a comment here linking to the place you are showing your creation...the theme is open for one week so you have plenty of time to play.

I am taking part in an "Altered" swap on UK Stampers; the item for swapping this month is a CD. So, I altered one, then loved altering it so much, I altered another one LOL ... I will be sending one off for the swap this week...just not sure which one I want to keep yet tho!

I used Grungepaper to cover both sides of the CDs, coloured it with Distress Inks and then used a variety of Studio 490 stamps for the background decorations. I used chipboard frames for the centrepieces on the front of the CDs and added florally embellies made from Grungepaper and Distress Inks and Studio 490 stamps again. I added a little Maya Road birdy to each of the frame and then added a few bits of bling to the flowers.

The backsides of the CDs have big blousey flowers made from Studio 490 stamps and Grungepaper and I added Rock Candy Distress Stickles to the backgrounds to give them a bit of a glimmer.

Thanks for looking...have a good Sunday and I am looking forward to seeing lots of round things this week :O))
