Blimey, Where did the time go?????

Hey Peeps

I have been away!! But am back now. Actually, I have been away twice since I last Blogged. Firstly, me and Grim went to Brugge for a mid week break - we had a fab time and came back laden with heavenly chocolate...needless to say, there isn't much of it left now :O)) Then, last weekend I went off for a crafty time with Andrea, Linda and Tina. We did a weekend of workshops with The Card Studio and had a great time making cards - something which I have been neglecting recently, so it was good to get back into the swing of things - and most of the makes were Christmas, so I have a few stockpiled now - less to do later on! Oh, and....how excited am I? I decided to invest in a Cuttlebug...and I am loving it!! I bought a few of the embossing folders which I think are fab and a couple of dies - am in need of more now though...ah, there is always something to spend my dosh on!!! :O))

I made a card or two for The Artistic Stamper before I went off on my travels and here is one of them.



I used my Stitchels stamps and printed off a greeting using Word. Then I used some lovely papers from Basic Grey to fancy the card up a bit. I layered the Stitchel images to add some depth to the card too - I love these little flowers, they are so versatile!



I am hoping that the Sunday Stamper will be back tomorrow morning - I have just managed to get myself some new storage for my Craft Room and after hours of faffing about re-arranging things, my room is lovely and tidy ... so I plan to get creative later!

Thanks to you all for your lovely comments whilst I have been away... this is the first time I have been on my Blog since 07/10 - that has to be the longest I have left it since I made it!!
