Sunday Stamper - Week 268 - Time Of The Season

Goooodly Morning Stampers and a very happy Sunday to you all.  Many thanks for the fabby fabric entries for last weeks challenge... and apologies if I have been a little late in visiting you... been one of those weeks!  This week the theme is a nice easy one... and it is TIME.  To join in is simples: make a little something - it can be anything you fancy.  Add in the theme and some stamping and then pop back here with a link to the place you are showing your entry.  If you haven't got a blog/web-photo-hosty thing, don't worry, you can also join in via Facebook (tag my name on your photo) or via email, attaching a small size piccie to the email.  The challenge will remain open until 21:00 Saturday 3rd August 2013.

My entry this week is a "sampler" sample I made up for my tellybox shows today.  BTW, showtimes are 12pm - 2pm Tool Shed and 7pm - 8pm and I will be on with the Melt Pot for both of them.  I am dead excited because I have been given a whole two hours to show you as much as I can with the Melt Pot and I have a massive list of things I want to demo!  You should see the state of the Room of Stash, oh dear, a small bomb appears to have gone off!  Channel deets are over in the left hand sideybar for you to see.

Anyways, my entry!  It is an 8" square canvas that I gave a lick of paint and then I added some tissue stamping using Beeswax... using a couple of gorgeous stamps I have on the shows :O))  Next up I altered two mini canvases and stamped directly onto them with black ink and then I set about making embellies to add to to canvases.

There's shrink plastic (I forgot how much I loves shrink plastic!) and chipboard... and moulds... and Media Mixage... and you may have noticed the colours... oh yesh... BRAND NEW colours launching today!!! One of them I have been asking for because it is, IMO, the most essential UTEE... and I can't wait to show you the things that you can do with it!!!   See, all this excitement has me talking in exclamation marks!!!!!!

I shall away now, I have my boxes to pack up and I have a list, I do not want to forget anything... and knowing my memory at the moment, that is entirely possible!   Have a great day and I hope you can join me for the shows!  Thanks for looking... TTFN!

Hels x

Hi Shels, I watched and recorded the Tool Shed shows and will do the same at 7pm. The hints and tips and inspiration are invaluable. I did write in but there were so many it didn't get read, never mind, watching you and darling Nigel was the best way to spend a couple of hours on a Sunday or any day of the week. I love your configuration box, it's gorgeous. See you again at 7pm tonight.

Thoroughly enjoyed both of today's shows -the 7pm one the most. Must get some canvas to try with my huge supply of napkins (they breed in dark cupboards)and beeswax.
BTW -can I enter a birthday card with the theme of Time or does it have to be a hanging or similar?
Hugs Janet (and Bea of course!).
