...I am whizzing on, typing in flying-fingered-fashion to tell you.... that.... WE did some crafting! OH yesh indeedily, Grim joined me in the Room of Stash for a couple of hours playing yesterday afternoon... and... I think... he enjoyed it! Now, I could have done a full bloggy post with photo's and all that but that would have been too easy right? Dingbattedness has resumed service in my brain and made me Mrs Forgetful again and I have only gone and let the old camera battery expire... so I will do a proper post tomorrow... til then... I shall answer a couple of questions I had on the Sunday Stamper piece this week - which is HERE btw, if you want to join in and all that ;O)
Lucy asked "What is that gold bird; I love him," He is a black metal birdy from Michael's... I just added some Florentine Treasure Gold to him, dried him off and then polished so some of the black shows through.
Sara j said "Have to ask: is Treasure Gold a wax product? Is it like Gilder's Paste? I
love what you do with it and think perhaps I would like to play, but
can't quite get a handle on what you are using." Sara, it is a wax that is chock full of metallicness... it can be found HERE to buy... if you also click on Leandra's You Tube vids while you are there too... she has some awesome techniques!
Right, I shall away... I am busy getting ready for my Melt Pot classes
at Birds in the Barn in Essex this weekend.. oh and I am also doing an
instore demo on Sunday, free to all, do pop along to see me if you can! Have a goodly eveing... TTFN
