...so a few months ago, Linda from Scrapology asked me if I would like to sponsor one of their monthly challenges. Me? Sponsor? Ooooh, I am very flattered so that will be a big fat yes then! Today is the day that the challenge has started and you can find all the deets HERE. The theme is VINTAGE and I have made this here tag as my entry... and you do need to hop over to see all the gorgeous creations that the team have made too. Oh and did I mention candy? Oh yesh, there's a little bit of candy from me; some Idea-ology Baubles, Corked Vials and Chain Tassels, as well as my tag I made for the challenge.
My tag was made using lots of Distress Inks/Stains and some Tim stamps and of course, some Alterations goodies and Idea-ology. The dressform was cut from canvas covered mountboard, coloured with Vintage Photo, as were the Grungepaper wings. I added some Trim that was coloured with Victorian Velvet Stain to add a little bit of frilliness to the bottom of the tag and dived into my button box to add some co-ordinating buttons to the tag.
I have one of "those" lists today... you know, those lists that are ever increasing and the clock is ticking a smidge too fast for my liking... so I had better get a wiggle on and get stuck into ticking off things on said list. Did I ever mention that I am ever so good at prevaricating? lol Thanks for looking! TTFN

What a beauty! I love the way you have used the dress form stamp and added the die cut form on top. The embellies are lovely and the buttons really finish it off nicely. Love it. A x

Fabulous tag Hels. I love the dress form using the canvas and all the pretty embellishments.
I'm another prevaricator .... is it an affliction common to crafters, lol! ........ particularly as in my case, when it comes to housework! I was supposed to be getting rid of the ironing mountain today ......haven't even switched the iron on ;-)
