... Tom Selleck... check him out! The chap on the left hand side... dead-ringer for Tom Selleck or what!! Whatcha think? Agree? Anyways... waffling as ever... the new Studio 490 stamps have been well and truly inked and here's another Steampunk creation using the new stamps and Art Parts along with some of the older stamps and Art Parts... and... lots of Distress.
I tell you what, I think that this is my favest release of 490 goodies yet... and not long now til the Blossom Bucket embellies should be here too! I am being ever so patient for those... like I cannot wait but am pretending that I have forgotten about them... but how can I forget when I dream of them every night eh? lol
So... a bit of simple crafting here... colouring the Art Parts with Distress Stains, blending with Distress Ink, overstamping with Archival Ink and then sanding back to reveal some of the base colour... assembling using the best glue in the world (yes, Cosmic Shimmer glue... yes, said with my very best Jeremy Clarkson voice) and some Idea-ology for goodly measures... This is a sample for Creative Expressions for this weekend at Alexandra Palace... I hope I get chance to meet loads of you, putting names to faces and all that! So if you are going to be there, please do pop by to see me... I am soooo excited... I love this show!!
Oh and of course... I couldn't leave a blank space on the back of the piece... I am getting ever so good at keeping the backs of my projects clean... I know that won't last long being as I am already sliding into my untidy ways again... after four days of sample making, the Room of Stash is fast becoming the Room of Trash again... well, maybe the Tidy Fairy will pop round while I am out... mmm, shalln't hold my breath of that one lol
Right, I had better get a wiggle on... this is scheduled because I need to get an early night... early start and all that... whatever you are up to this weekend, I hope it is a lovely one for you! Thanks for looking... TTFN!
Hels x
PS... is it actually the real Tom Selleck d'ya reckon... and who do his buddies look like???
PPS... just a quick reminder that the Sunday Stamper candy giveaway closes at 21:00 this evening...

yes - it does look like Tom Selleck - in his magnum days I think!!!! Fab stuff Hels! Hugs Rachel x
The old bloke on the right looks like him from Downton Abbey. Have a ball at the Pally and watch for the sun (you always say that the Ally Pally weekend is hot and sunny).
Hugs Joanne (the cleaning fairy for this weekend only!!!!!!)
