And.... Breathe...

...Cor blimey and thrice!!! Here I am in balmy Baltimore, blogging a little bit later than I thought I would but I have goodly excuses coming out of my ears... all of them very plausible this time too lol The flight over was probably the best flight I have ever had! The seats were roomy and legroom was aplenty, the food was lovely (I know, airline food and lovely are not usually what you would expect in the same sentence!) The landing was a little bumpy because there were several storms around the area so the pilot had to dodge them... and we had literally just come to a stand on the ground and everything went off, lights, engines... the lot... thank heavens that didn't happen five minutes earlier! Anyways... I navigated Customs - as always, the last to get through... and found my way to Ellen who was waiting for me with a bag of Cheesy Chester Cheeto's... oh yesh!! I managed to stop myself from ripping the bag open and scoffing them all at once though, I even managed to wait until we got back to Ellen's... such restraint!

Today (Friday) was surreal... it was amazing, brilliant and wonderful because... I finally got to meet THE Wonderful Wendy Vecchi! Ellen and I went to the airport to pick her up and we had made signs... mine said Vecchi and Ellen's said Wendy... and we even remembered to stand the right way round too... I will blog my sign pics later (ahem, cos I forgot to take them lol)

Then we headed over to The Queen's Ink, where Patti (Her Majesty Herself) was waiting for us... we went for lunch (ooooh, get me, lunching with Wendy AND The Queen!) and of course, Freckles had to get in on the act. He did behave himself this time though, not a single drop of booze passed his lips.... he did oblige with the photo's though... he is such a show off.

The pics through this post are mainly of Freckles, on the rampage, causing mayhem as he ran amok at The Queen's Ink... playing the piano, climbing onto paper stacks, lounging about on the sofa. He is, as I type, sitting on a desk in the classroom, all ready for tomorrow morning and the first class with Wendy... I am so excited, I cannot wait!!

Anyways... tis, according to Lionel Laptop's clock, 04:53... and according to the clock here in Ellen's Studio, 23:43... so I think I had better go and get some beauty sleep and recharge the old batteries ready for the classes... I am going to try and schedule the Sunday Stamper for about 5am Sunday... but it may be a smidge later :O)) Right... bedtime! Have a goodly day folks... Thanks for looking! TTFN

So happy Freckles is enjoying his trip to the USA. You sky must be very bleak in the UK to take a picture of it here in the US. Sounds like it was a short trip but packed with fun things.
