Fabulous 490... It's a Another Giveaway...

...cor blimey and thrice... it is Day 3 of my Bloggy Birthday countdown... which means another tag to giveaway. On this one I have used another of my faves... Studio 490 stamps... I love 'em... loads... in fact, I would go so far as to say... I love them more than I love Cheesy Chester Cheeto's... and you all know how much I lurve those!!!

Anyways... yet again I am waffling on... and not explaining myself. If you haven't read the past two days posts then you are probably thinking I have lost the plot. Actually, I may well have but that is another story lol So... in a nutshell. It is my 4th Bloggy Birthday tomorrow and I have been doing a countdown of giveaways since Sunday... and today is Day 3. Meaning... tomorrow is THE day... and there will be the final giveaway for this celebration. To be in with a chance of winning todays tag, all you need to do is leave me a comment here, click to follow me if you don't already... and then I will draw a randomly picked comment to win the tag. The winner will be announced next Tuesday, 13th September.

Todays tag is a veritable feast of Studio 490 loveliness, starting with the background stamping... which was done on top of Distress Stained tags using Coffee Archival and the new lace background stamp - a new fave! I made a diddy tag to match the big one... and made a little pouchey thing for it to sit in... and yes, you will see more stitching... using my new mini sewing machine.

The flower is made from Grungepaper... stamped and coloured with Distress Inks... the colour palette I used for this tag is Tea Dye, Vintage Photo, Old Paper and Rusty Hinge... oh and Forest Moss for the leaves. Now, do you like the little flowery Memo Pin? That was made by cutting two flower shapes, over stamping, colouring and then popping into a Memo Pin and then filling the hole with Glossy Accents.. tis a cute little thing isn't it!

So... that's how I made the tag... I am loving using proper stitching on my projects... beats hand drawing faux stitching, I can tell you! It is also my day for The Stamp Attic DT... I have used more Studio 490 goodies and made a card... the deets are HERE on the Stamp Attic blog... and this is a wee sneak peek at the card...

Anyways... I have had a lovely afternoon and evening playing with ink and rubber... and now it is time for bed!! I have got one final giveaway for tomorrow... so please do pop back to see what it is... oh and the other giveaways are all in the left hand sideybar with links so you can hop onto those posts too. Thanks for looking... have a fabby day! TTFN
