Tis Crowded In Here...

...tis indeedily... so... you know that I may have mentioned a few (million) times that I am rather enamoured with the new Crowded Attic paperstack??? To the point that I am on my second one already... well, my March ATC swap with Ellen has *finally* got to her house... it only took four weeks this time... as opposed to the six weeks last time! How can that be? Ellen posts me stuff and it is here in under a week, I post her stuff and it take a month! Anyways... the ATC's I sent were made during my Crowded Attic period... which is still on going and having seen these pics again it reminds me I need to go and play with that paperstack right now...

But first... I will show you the ATC's. Now, I made them, took their photo, packed them up and sent them on their way... and the pics were waiting on Lionel just to be faffed with... but... when Lionel decided to have a hissy fit the other week, they weren't saved onto the hard drive for some reason... so they are lost... along with other pieces that I had made...grrrr Big thanks to Ellen for sending me these pics... phew! So, as you can see, Crowded Attic aplenty on these... all the ATC's were covered with the papers... and then various inks and some Perfect Pearls Mists were slapped onto them... oh and a bit of distressing and Rock Candy Cracklepaint... and a few stamps from the fair hand of THE Duke of Distress.

You know the Duke of Distress... he whom I will be seeing in... 15 days!!! I had a bit of a wobble yesterday... I keep having this daft dream/nightmare that I miss my train to Heathrow and then get there and the check in is closed and I manage to get through to airside and am last seen hobbling off into the distance waving my ticket at a departing plane. Oh and the other thing, I think it is time that I stopped watching Aircrash Investigation and Seconds From Disaster on National Geographic/Discovery channels... not at all conducive to preparations for a long flight.

Mind you, I say "long flight" but going out to the USA, it isn't. We set off at 10.05 and land at 12.55... but the thing that keeps freaking my poor little brain out is that we are flying for over 7 hours!!! I think it is probably best that I don't think about the time and do what I always do... as soon as I get on the plane, I set my watch to the time it is in the place I am going to. I am not worried about Jet Lag, I have never had it... think it comes from years working stooopid shift hours, that and the fact that I can sleep on a hat pin most times... we'll see.. if you start reading goobledegook posts from me... you will know I have been affected (whatcha mean they already are rofl) Right... time to go... there is a rather lovely smelling cup of coffee with my name on it... Thanks for looking... TTFN

Your cards are really nice. Always so neat and perfect. Flying to America is the best way to get more hours out of a day. The worse bit is having to come back!
