Curiously Distressed...

...with... Embossing Powders :O)) Today is Monday, yipyah and thrice, it is the new Compendium of Curiosities challenge day. This week we are working from Page 43 but to see all the deets about the challenge, hop on over to Linda's Blog, she is running the challenge and... there is candy to be won too!

I used a Distress Embossing Pad, stamped a couple of images onto a tag - covered the images with Distress Embossing Powders - the clock is Old Paper and the corner is Shabby Shutters. Once I had heated and then rubbed at the images, I blended Crushed Olive and Tea Dye DI's over the top, edging with Vintage Photo. I added some Alterations die cuts - again coloured with DI's and stamped a sentiment onto a Journal Ticket.

So... I just sneaked into the Room of Stash before Grim heads off to bed... and I am now going to tippytoe downstairs and watch the TV ... and I am taking some Ten Seconds Studio's metals with me so I can faff about with moulds and make some metally bits ready to use another time... sounds like a plan... and a very quiet one at that! Thanks for looking... don't forget to pop by to see Linda.. the challenge is such fun!! TTFN
