Go On... Admit One...

... you know that mad/crazy/funny/talented *and ever so slightly elderly* pal of mine Linda? Well, she is off to Ranger U next week and has... as she puts it... 10 more sleeps to go. She is going with Anneliese and I am not at all GREEEEEEN WITH ENVY... nope, not bothered at all, not gonna miss her or think about her sitting there drooling at, I mean looking at Mr Holtz and the other clever Ranger Educators...no, I shall be sitting here not thinking of any of that at all... much!! Anyways... Linda & Anneliese have started a count-down of tags, a bit like the 12 Tags of Xmas... but these are the 10 tags of Countdown (or in my case, envy ROFL)

So, I jumped on the bandwagon, I actually would love to know what a bandwagon is cos I seem to jump on a lot of them and still am fathomless what they are LOL I used a #8 size cream tag for the base and ran it thru the Bug in one of my birthday pressies (yes, I know, isn't my birthday yet.. but I was fair forced to open some pressies on Saturday and Dan got me some of the fabby Texture Fades.. this one is the Cracked one) I added some torn bookpage paper and coloured it with a combo of Wild Honey, Rusty Hinge, Crushed Olive and Forest Moss Distress Inks.

I used more book pages and ran them thru the Bug with the Tattered Florals Alteration, making another of those spikey flowers that I so love - then I used another birthday pressies, this one is the Ticket Alterations (from Linda) and then stamped Tim's Ticket over the top and popped it onto a Memo Pin. The middle of the flower is a K&Co Life's Journey button, these are divine and I am using them on everything at the moment :O)) All stash used is available from The Stamp Attic... that's all for now - having excelled myself at posting twice in a day I am off to watch Suze on QVC :O)) TTFN

Hels x

**EDIT.... Guess what I just noticed... if you click on the 1st pic...and have a look at the petal on the 4 o'clock position... it says... Grim! Now that is spoooooky!!! and... totally unintentional!**

like the tag and the metal letter. hope you are feeling better. if it weren't for the big pond between us i would bring you a little mosi repellant for a birthday gift. don't let those bugs bite you again.
haven't heard how your back is doing. i hope the epidural is relieving your pain.
