WOYWW... Tidy!

...I got my Mojo back..yay! And...I have to say that I was totally inspired by Lin's tag on her BLOG...you have to see it .. it is amazing...so I got the Ten Seconds Studio's stash out...and the Melt Pot and copied her LOL Instead of a tag, I used a large piece of Maya Road chipboard from a book and altered that to make a hangy piece... **the pics are rubbish...Grim has updated the laptop...and the old PSP is now a new one and I cannot for the life of me fathom how to use it properly...am such a dinosaur..so, the old one will be back on the lappy tomorrow..hopefully LOL**

I used gold metal (cannot remember who makes this one tho) and TSS embossing board...using Lin's "controlled squish" on the diamonds and doodling into them and then using black paint to antique it. I used Ferro and Terra...stamping a blocky stamp from Green Pepper Press into the Ferro and then highlighting it with black and then Precious Metal gold paint. I added a little metal rose...which was stamped with the medium Flower Power stamp from The Artistic Stamper...and I doodled on this too before adding more black paint to match it in. The rest of the stuff is Idea-ology and a few bits of ribbon.

Also, just in time to say what is on my desk today...I am so late posting...mainly cos we went to see Avatar....wow, it is an amaaaazing film... we saw it in 3d and I made a burk of myself because I kept flinching and then...tried to catch what I thought was a floaty thingy in front of me...when it was actually on the screen...thank heavens it was dark so no one saw me ROFL Hop on over to Julia's blog...she has loads of peeps showing off their work areas...and now mine is all tidy and neat I feel a bit happier :O))

And...I just have to share this snapshot of AlfieCat...I was trying to take a piccie of him looking cute...and he moved...like cats do...so instead I got a piccie of his teeth! He isn't that fierce really .. infact...he is quite a pussycat *groans*

Thanks for looking...

Hels x

Woohooo! Your Mojo certainly came back with a vengence! Now that it's back could you find out if it saw mine anywhere?

LOL Hels!

What a snap you got there! He does look furr-o-schous!

Very cool tag you made. Don't you love harlequin? It's one of my favorite patterns...

And your desk is all neat & tidy, ready to get messed up again! Get that mojo rollin' full steam, girl!

Fabulous piece, Hels! Glad you had a little rest and relaxation, too.... and what is it about husbands "updating" everything? Mine does that all the time, and I'm forever learning how to use new stuff. Sheesh!

Never too late Hels, specially if you need to show off a tidy, smug desk! I don't think I've met a melt pot, arty type stamper (which is whatyou are)with such a tidy work ethic before! I think you may have too many of those dabber things. Really.
