Sunday Stampers - Week 12 - We Are Family......

Hi Peeps

I am posting this weeks challenge a little early as I am at the Alexandra Palace show all day tomorrow .... I was there today and I have had the best day! I helped Jennie from The Stamp Connection with a Workshop this morning and then this afternoon I did my very first "demo". I was a little nervous and I am glad to say that it went well and I think the peeps that watched were happy with what I made :O)) I am doing the same again in the morning - except I will be taking the Workshop :O)) I am really looking forward to meeting up with some pals from the Forums and having a good old natter too!

Anyway, without further ado, the new theme for the Sunday Stamper is...... "Family"

I hope are you all singing "We are Family" now :O))

The aim for this week is to use stamps that include words associated with family, be it brother, sister etc or use stamps that feature images of what could be brothers, sisters etc....if they could be thought of as part of a family then go for it!

Also, this week, the theme could be used for Scrapbooking - using words stamped on your layouts for example.

Now, I have had to cobble together a card for this week because I am completely stoopid and forgot that I needed to make my card this evening - and left all my essentials - heatgun, inkpads, acrylic blocks etc at Ally Pally ready for tomorrow!



I have used another of those beautiful PaperBag Studios stamps, matted onto satin card and then Bazzill and I have used the one and only thing I bought today.....which is Grungeboard Mini's....yes folks, I only bought one thing!! These Mini's are soooo cute! They have some gorgeous Alpha's and the most heavenly tiny elements, check out the mini crowns....I love them!
