Bits & Bobs...

...need using up! I have an ever growing collection of half finished things from workshops and demo's and the thing is, there's only so much room in the Room of Stash for these things to be stored... and I can't throw them away because if I did, I would need them... you know, when you think "ah, I can live without that" And then a few minutes later you are scratching through the bin looking for said rejected item.

Well, this tag was hastily put together - you see, I so enjoyed my foray into sticking my tongue out (how mature) at my inner Ink-Goddess and Mean Old Mojo, that I decided I needed to play again... and soon! So, erm... I did! The tag is covered with more of that fab Papermania "book page" paper... this one looks like an old sewing pattern - it starts out as white white... and I wanted it to look old but didn't want to let on to that pair that I needed specific colours, so I tricked them and grabbed Victorian Velvet first, then zapped on some Antique Linen and Frayed Burlap... and then some Walnut Stain for the edges, which I scuffed up. The Dressform is canvas covered, the wings are Grunge and the colouring on the edges is Vintage Photo. The embellies are Prima buttons and Idea-ology. Another quick 30 minute tag... result! At this rate I will have hundreds of them... well, ok, so maybe I already have a load of tags but... they are kind of addictive!

Okies, time for me to disappear off up the wooden hill to Bedfordshire and wish you all a very goodly night/day. Don't forget a brand new Sunday Stamper tomorrow... with a girly theme!!! Thanks for looking... TTFN!

Gorgeous tag Hells, I'm in love with that Victoriaan Velvet, Antique linen etc colour combo. Lol, if you have too many tags, I'm quite happy to send you my address. Not that I have a shortage of said things, but hey, I love stroking other people's artwork:o)

I keep saying this - but another brilliant tag and I'm with you on those Papermania papers, they've really come up trumps with these ones.
