What's A Girl To Do???

...I mean... first of all, who stole Wednesday, Thursday and Friday??? I think it was that nasty Packing Fairy *who has been no help what-so-ever!!* and her meany friend The Day Shrinker Fairy... I thought that days were 24 hours long. Not so! Honest...they have been shrunked to about 15 hours - which just isn't enough time to pack the house and blog, email, browse t'internet, watch TV, eat, sleep....*yawns*

I feel I have been neglecting you all... and THANK YOU for all your lovely comments on the Weds post...I have to be honest... I have just turned on the lappy for the first time since posting on Weds... but... TA Dah! I have packed the Room of Stash! These pics were taken just a few mins ago... towers of boxes...please bear in mind that some of them are for the main bedroom... well, ok three are for the main bedroom (ahem) and the rest are for my new room. Now I just have to unpack them all ROFL **admittedly, the two massive boxes at the bottom are full of airing cupboard stuff, towels, duvet covers etc...so NOT stash LOL**

And...er... I have had this idea that if I can't get to unpack the craft stuff first - I know, kitchen etc will be needing to be done first (boooo) so I figured a little essential kit - maybe a box of stash - ok, well maybe a Tote bag and a box.... erm... well, ok, a Tote, two boxes (big Really Useful ones...) and a little bag.... Oh ok, I am fooling no one... A Tote, a large wooden chest (full of Tim stamps), two large RU Boxes...a carry bag (full of inkpads - Distress of course) and two little bags....not much really... I just cannot bear the thought of needing something and having to rummage through all those ... erm... TWENTY boxes... So... here is the piccies of my essential stash LOL

I gotta dash - busy day again...finishing off the packing in the dining room, making a cake for my friends birthday for tomorrow... and I have to make the Sunday Stamper...which, I will let you into a secret about... tomorrow it is 100!!! So .. there are some special things happening...please pop by tomorrow to see whatcha could win :O)) TTFN

Whoa...cardboard kingdom! You should definitely fire that Packing Fairy and get a new one. My dishwashing fairy is also very unreliable leaving all the dirty bits to me. The laundry fairy is completely AWOL.

Um, Hels....did you remember to label all those lovely boxes you packed? Just asking.

LMAO at your essential stash!! I don't envy you packing it all up, but I'm glad your priorities are stash then kettle unpacking! xx

OMG what a lot of boxes!!! You certainly have been kept busy, good luck with the rest of it.
How do you decide what to leave out of your "essentials" - I bet that took more doing than the (whispers) packing!

Can't wait to see the SS tomorrow.

All those boxes and no sign of a little one that you should have had through the post by now. Hope it arrived ok.

Good luck Hels, I had to pack my Craft Room up before Christmas because of a house extension, and still feel scarred from it all! It took weeks, and I still have unpacked boxes around the house now. Glad to see you still have access to the essential stuff, and that you can keep crafting. Judith x

Just think when you do get to unpack it all it will feel like Christmas! It won't be long now!

Oh my goodness - your 'essential' stash is more than all my stash.

How wonderful to move into a new home - wishing every happiness and I expect that you are so very excited.

It is much easier unpacking than it is packing - I have found - but I have moved many many times in my life so maybe I got used to it!

Have fun

Gosh! Poor you! Managed to miss your last post due to a hectic week. Hope you manage to get sorted soon as moving is such a pain.
Just finished my Sunday Stampers project at last so will put the link up.
Looking forward to tomorrow too.

Are you sure you have enough in your essentials kit...??? and as for making cake...I'm speechless!!!
Happy Packing.x

Well Hels, you have done brilliantly considering how little help you actually got from the packing fairy!! It all looks so organised too!! I feel for you... I hate having my stash packed away... but I deserve more sympathy... my stuff gets carted off and disappears for weeks before it turns up at new destination to be unpacked!! ;)

Shame on the Packing Fairy! Shame on the Day Shrinking Fairy! and Yeah for Hels.........you did it girl, all by your own. Is there an Unpacking Fairy or are you on your own there too hun? As for airing cupboard's, there is so much in mine I cannot get any airing in there at all......thought it was a cupboard that was warm!! Add to that it's in youngest sons bedroom, you could seriously injure yourself going in for a pillowcase lol
and you baked cake..........!!! amazing woman xx
